The new generation of HDMI cables from Audioquest
Audioquest HDMI cables achieve the best performance for 4K-8K TV and 10K Ultra-HD professional video
Audioquest HDMI cables incorporate four pairs of balanced audio/video cables with a capacity of 12 Gbps each. This allows for a fantastic data speed of 48 Gbps. This new technology is fully compatible with 4K displays.
Videos up to 10K
AudioQuest 48 Gbps HDMI cables are fully compatible with devices on the market today and have the bandwidth required for video at resolutions up to 10K and resolutions/frequencies up to 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz.
All AudioQuest HDMI cables support HDR (High Dynamic Range) and Dynamic HDR. HDR content expands image contrast for purer blacks and brighter whites/highlights, as well as higher color saturation and brightness. Additionally, 4K Ultra-HD content allows for a greater and wider color gamut.
HDR (High Dynamic Range)
This combination of technologies results in more realistic HDR images with greater perceived depth. Dynamic HDR (HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, for example) enables frame-by-frame HDR optimization rather than HDR settings being fixed for the entire show. The most prominent current HDR formats are HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
AudioQuest 18Gbps and 48Gbps HDMI cables are compatible with all varieties of HDR, which can be found on Ultra-HD Blu-ray, and all major streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV + and others.
ARC (Audio Return Channel) and eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel)
Audio Return Channel or ARC a uses HDMI to send audio from the TV to a sound bar or AV receiver bringing simplicity and flexibility to system setup. In previous versions of ARC at most lossy (compressed) 5.1ch surround sound could be output.
With the new HDMI 2.1 certification, a new improved audio return channel "eARC" is introduced, which drastically increases the digital bandwidth, therefore, drastically increases the amount of information that passes through this channel, being able to admit audio uncompressed and lossless high-resolution multichannel, including Dolby TrueHD and Atmos, and DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X.
All current models of AudioQuest HDMI cables incorporate the necessary conductors and bandwidth to qualify for the new eARC standard, while also ensuring superior audio performance.
